What forms of plastic can SINSANDA recycle
SINSANDA has the capability to recycle various types of plastic, typically accepting films for direct feeding and crushing hard materials such as pipes to enhance the recycling outcome. However, please note that any plastic with dirt or debris should be cleaned prior to recycling.

Recycling Progress
1. Once the electric control cabinet is activated, power is provided to the pelletizer, and the machine commences operation.
2. Material can be fed into the machine either manually via the feed port or by using an external conveyor belt.
3. The plastic transforms into a semi-solid form through a combination of physical extrusion from the screw and the creation of frictional heat.
4. The plastic is cut into pellets, mainly by the blade. If the plastic is dirty, you can add a filter.
5. The air-cooling section rapidly lowers the temperature of the pellets.
6. At the exit of the pelletizer, the pellets are accumulated.

Packaging process
1.To ensure that the goods are not damaged during transportation, we utilize wooden crates or frames as packaging materials. The woodwork has been previously fumigated; if you require a fumigation certificate, please notify us in advance.
2.For high-value devices, we use appropriate fillers like foam plastics to protect the goods from any vibration and impact while in transit.
3.It's essential to attach any necessary labels and markings on the package, including the product name, quantity, weight, production date, and serial number. Please note that the serial number is particularly important when installing remotely since it serves as the basis for assembly.
